We Bring Brands to Life

EveryDetailCounts

Impact is a marketing agency for brands that want the idea and the execution to come from the same team.

We plan, produce and run events, activations, retail pop-ups and ATL/BTL campaigns across Bangladesh — then report on what they actually moved.

1.
Event management, brand activations, retail pop-ups and roadshows...

Live
Experiences

People remember what they stood in front of. A launch, a roadshow, a kiosk in the right mall on the right weekend — these are the moments where a brand stops being a logo and starts being an experience.

We handle the whole thing: venue sourcing, stage, lighting and sound, guest management, pop-up booths, roadshows, guerrilla formats, kiosks, visual merchandising and the sales staff who make it work on the day.

A playful pop-up identity for a small-batch producer.

TV, radio, outdoor, print, in-store promotions & sampling

ATL
& BTL

Reach and proximity are two different jobs, and most briefs need both. Above the line gets you known; below the line gets you tried.

We plan and produce TV and radio spots, outdoor billboards and print campaigns, and we run the ground half too — direct and in-store promotions, sampling and sponsorships — so the message on the billboard is the same one at the shelf.

Logistics, permits, production, KPIs and reporting

Operations
& Insight

The part nobody photographs is the part that decides whether the rest happens. Trucks, permits, warehousing, backup plans for the weather — this is where a good idea either survives contact with the field or doesn't.

We run transportation, warehousing and permits, produce the signage and branding materials, and close every project with the numbers: KPIs, ROI tracking and feedback analysis you can take to your board.

The weekly production huddle, where optimistic timelines go to be corrected.
"And this is the point where the client's KPIs and the crowd's mood finally agree."
Post-campaign debrief: what worked, what we are not doing again.

Plan,

Every project starts with a briefing and ends with a number. In between sits the part most briefs underestimate: concept, proposal, sourcing, permits, production schedule. We front-load that work deliberately, because an activation that has to improvise on the day is an activation that has already lost its margin.

Activate,

This is why everything at Impact runs on the same three beats: Plan, Activate, Measure. Activation is the visible half — the launch, the roadshow, the kiosk, the campaign going live — but it only looks effortless because of what was decided weeks earlier. Our field teams, vendors and logistics all answer to one plan, monitored and controlled while it runs, not after.

Measure.

It starts with one question: what should this actually change? We PLAN against that answer rather than against a format, then ACTIVATE across events, retail and air with the same team accountable end to end. And then we MEASURE — footfall, samples, conversion, reach, cost per interaction — and tell you plainly what earned its budget and what did not.
